All items purchased from The Gadget Depot are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
The Gadget Depot attempts to be as accurate as possible with the product descriptions. However, The Gadget Depot does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us to discuss the situation and determine the best outcome.
Disclaimer of warranties Availability of items:
Most items come with a 12 month warranty. If a warranty issue arises, please contact us for repair or replacement. Some items may require you to send the item back to the manufacturer for repair. The manufacturers may be overseas. You are responsible for the cost of shipping said items back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement along with any duties fees or surcharges.
Occasionally items in our store become out of stock. We try our best to keep our stock up to date. However, if this should arise after you have purchased an item from us we will refund your purchase price fully. We usually have a comparable item available. We will let you know if this is the case and you will have to purchase, and resubmit funds. We must do it that way because of PayPal rules. It protects us as the seller and you as the buyer.
